Tirzepatide/ Cyanocobalamin

Tirzepatide is an injectable prescription medication originally developed to improve glycemic control in patients with Type 2 diabetes. However, it has also been shown to be an effective solution for patients who are having difficulty losing weight. It now carries an FDA indication for weight loss and chronic weight management in overweight or obese adult patients.Tirzepatide is classified as a long-acting dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Tirzepatide stimulates GIP and GLP-1 receptors in the GI tract and pancreas which help keep blood sugar levels more stable, decreases cravings and appetite, and slows the movement of food from the stomach into the small intestine. This improves satiety and leads to lower daily caloric intake and weight loss overtime. We offer prescription Tirzepatide compounded with Cyanocobalamin (B12), an essential vitamin for energy production and metabolism. This is a powerful combination for weight loss, and the compounded formulation allows us to carefully adjust your dose each month based on your individual progress and weight loss goals.
